Spoolyard is an online creative and educational platform for filmmakers and other content creators to experiment with moving images. The platform provides access to a suite of analog filmmaking techniques that have been re-envisioned in an interactive digital workflow.

Inspired by both computational logic and analog processing, Spoolyard invites you to take on the roles of cinematographer, projectionist, and digital alchemist, as you use a browser-based “projector” to conduct live cinematic performances.
